My wife and I went to Renfro Family today for the first time. Our previous dentist retired and we haven't been happy with his replacement, so we went on the hunt for new recommendations and chose this office because of their fantastic Google reviews. This was the most thorough and transparent experience I've ever had at a dentist. From the admin team to the hygiene team to Dr Ferrarro himself, every experience was professional, kind, and made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. The billing is explained up front, so there are no surprises; both hygienists were perfect for me and my wife with their style and level of care. Lily, who cleaned my teeth, was so knowledgeable that I almost asked if she was going to dental school herself. Her confidence and expertise helped calm my nerves during an appointment that has historically been my most uncomfortable and hated preventative care experience. (I wanted to hug her! I didn't, but I very nearly did.) Dr Ferrarro was kind, jovial, reassuring, and encouraging. The appointment was long; it took 2 full hours from start to finish (this is typical for a first time appointment due to their thoroughness but subsequent appointments should be much quicker). I'm really glad we gave them a try. Sending my kiddo to see them next. Thank you to the entire team - you all took care of us very well and didn't even get annoyed with our silliness. We appreciate you and look forward to coming back! (That's a lie; nobody WANTS to go to the dentist. But since you HAVE to go to the dentist, you might as well go to one that takes good care of you and makes you feel better about the experience.) Also - if you're like me and determined to read reviews from a dozen places before you make a decision, I can tell you I called just about every dentist in Burleson. This is the one. Trust me.
